Campus Renovations

Request for Qualifications for Architecture and Engineering Services

The South Street Seaport Museum is seeking an architecture firm to provide design and
engineering services for design and infrastructure system work at the following locations:

  • Museum’s main headquarters located in Schermerhorn Row at 12-14 Fulton Street
  • 165-171 John Street,
  • 207-211 Water Street, and
  • Pier 16.

Prior experience on historic buildings is required. The Request for Qualifications contains details on all required qualifications and can be downloaded below:

Proposals are due on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 by 5 PM (EDT) . Proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. No proposals will be accepted after the due date.

There will be a virtual mandatory pre-bid conference on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10 AM.
Information will be submitted to firms who RSVP.
Site visits will be scheduled for April 12 and 13, 2021.
